Understanding White Genocide Part I: Why We Can't Talk About It

Yesterday's comparison of Russia and Israel was a good reminder that some civilizations aren't allowed to fight for their own survival.

There are subjects you are allowed to discuss in polite society, and then there are subjects that trigger alarms the moment you say them out loud. This is one of those topics. Discussing where all the White People have gone, who has replaced them, and what’s happening to Western Civilization is bound to get you canceled, ostracized, and condemned. The good news is, at NXR, we’ve already been there, and done that. So let’s talk about this banned topic.

Yesterday’s NXR Substack post looked at the question of which nation, Russia or Israel, Americans have most in common. The answer, which we laid out to you, was Russia, and for a host of reasons. Despite both Israelis and Russians being ethnically Eastern European, Russians are by and large more committed to preserving their culture and retaining their ethnic heritage, while Israelis are committed to recaliming a culture they never had, and cosplaying as a different ethnicity, most are not.

But to both of their credits, Russia and Israel are both cognizant of being in a contest for civilizational survival in a way that Americans, largely, are not.

That awareness of civilizational survival shows up in their national policies. Israel maintains the Law of Return, enforces Jewish-majority demographic objectives through immigration law, funds Jewish diaspora reconnection programs, and has built an entire government apparatus around the question of who is a Jew and what that means for the state. You can argue all day about whether Ashkenazi Zionists have a legitimate ethnic claim to the Levant. But you cannot argue that they are confused about the project. They know what they are trying to preserve, they have named the enemy of that preservation, and they have pointed the machinery of the state at the problem. Heck, Israel cares so much about stacking their culture with fellow Jews that they gave Russia the classified intelligence of America’s nuclear targets that they paid Jonathan Pollard to steal from us, just to earn a favor to allow more Russian Jews to migrate to Israel.

Russia is doing the same thing from a different angle. Where Israel’s existential anxiety is geographic and demographic simultaneously, Russia’s is almost purely demographic. The Russian state has spent the last two decades treating its birth rate as a national security issue, because that is exactly what it is. Putin has said plainly that Russia’s fate depends on how many Russians there are. He did not dress that up in abstractions about diversity or frame it as a values question. He called it a civilizational arithmetic problem and then began signing decrees designed to increase the number of Russians, strengthen their cultural awareness, and ensure the continuation of their civilization. Novel idea, right?

The United States, by contrast, has spent that same period actively dismantling the demographic and cultural inheritance of its founding population, and calling that dismantling “progress.” Diversity is our strength, after all. America’s ruling class is not fighting for its native people. It is, at best, indifferent to them, and at worst, is engineering their replacement.

In a few weeks, NXR will release a new book, White Genocide, written by Joel Webbon and JD Hall, chronicling the demographic replacement and ethnic cleansing of European-descendant peoples. It lays out the plot to diminish the population of White people in the West and replace them with the native sons of the Third World. Some of the population difficulties that Caucasians are experiencing are self-inflicted, and some are intentional, planned, and plotted against us.

In the coming days, we will release excerpts from White Genocide to help explain why the book is needed. Even the conversation being broached - the need for the Anglo-Saxon people to become self-aware of our demographic collapse, what is causing it, and what to do about it, is a controversy all unto itself. You saw how globalist forces worldwide have responded to Russia’s attempts to shore up its civilizational survival. It will be no less condemning of us in the West, if we started to take our own survival seriously.

The second chapter of White Genocide reads:

The notion that White people, Caucasians, the Anglo-Saxon, Heritage Americans, or the native sons of Western Civilization – whatever you want to call us – are oppressed, targeted, or victimized, is met with extreme hostility. Even the notion is outside the bounds of the modern imagination. And those who’ve spent a lifetime capitalizing on their oppression – women, homosexuals, and ethnic minorities – are especially enraged at even mention of the concept. But those are all terms that they use, not us. You’ll not see us frame it as oppression, targeting, or victimization. We are none of those things. We are the men whose ancestors built the civilization you’re living in now. We would never choose to identify with the labels that these other groups wear on their sleeves.

We would frame it differently. We would just state, for the record, that there is a Satanic and supernatural plot, with human agents knowingly and unknowingly participating in the scheme, to eradicate us from the face of the planet, and to make us either slaves of the rest of humanity, or extinct.

We realize the guffawing that will be solicited from the aforementioned groups. They guffaw a lot, and we pay no attention. What you’ll find in this book is irrefutable proof that this is the case, and we will demonstrate it accordingly.

That said, we want to state what this book is not: an appeal for financial or moral support, prayers and well-wishes, subsidies and handouts, or any form of assistance or help from anyone on the planet. We do not need their help. We do not want their help. This is not an SOS for the Sons of Japheth. We are not asking anyone to come to our rescue, send aid, or grant us special status at the United Nations – and not just because we would be the last people on Earth to ever receive it. It’s because God made the world you are now living in, and we organized it into the most prosperous, flourishing oasis of comfort and plenty in the history of mankind. We do not need help from any other people; we have, at one time or another, colonized, rescued, or defeated, and that includes every square inch of this planet.

It’s here that we are criticized for advocating for the health and well-being of ethnic Americans. By “ethnic Americans,” we mean those who fit the description as America’s native sons, those of the Western European descent of our founders and pioneers who formed and shaped the nation, those whose ancestors tamed both the savage wilderness and savage men, and turned an untilled landscape into a fruitful civilization that has blessed the world by our mere existence.

The conversation yesterday about Israel and Russia, and with whom we have the most in common, made us consider something the two of them have in common, and we don’t share.

ISRAEL IS FOR JEWS

Israel has never been shy about what it is, which is a religious ethnostate. Everything Christian Nationalists want for America, Zionists already have in Israel. The founders of Zionism were explicit from the beginning that their project was the creation and perpetuation of a Jewish state with a guaranteed Jewish demographic majority, and every major piece of Israeli law since 1948 has been engineered in service of that goal. The reality is, the same American evangelicals who condemn NXR or other Christian Nationalists for advocating for the continued health, well-being, and civilizational survival of European-descendant people are also the ones who celebrate it abroad while condemning any equivalent instinct at home.

The Law of Return, passed by the Knesset in 1950, opens without ambiguity. Section one reads, “Every Jew has the right to come to this country as an immigrant.” It’s a nation for a very specific kind of person. The 1970 amendment extended that right to the children and grandchildren of Jews and their spouses, meaning that a secular atheist in Buenos Aires with one Jewish grandparent can board a plane to Tel Aviv tomorrow and receive Israeli citizenship upon arrival, automatically and without delay. A Palestinian whose family has farmed the same land for generations cannot. He requires a visa. He requires a residency permit. He has no right of return because he lacks the required identity. The Law of Entry into Israel, passed in 1952, makes this explicit in its first article, specifying that entry without a visa or permit applies only to returning Jews. This is not a subtle distinction buried in regulatory language. It is an ethnic gate hammered into the state's foundation.

The Basic Law of 2018, formally titled “Israel: The Nation-State of the Jewish People,” makes it even more explicit. It declares that the Land of Israel is the historical homeland of the Jewish people, that the State of Israel is the nation-state of the Jewish people in which it realizes its natural, cultural, religious, and historical right to self-determination, and that the exercise of that right is unique to the Jewish people. The law contains no commitment to democratic norms, no guarantee of equality, and no prohibition on discrimination by race, nationality, or ethnicity. It does not even define its citizenry, referring instead to the Jewish people as its subject and locating sovereignty and self-rule as belonging to the Jewish people wherever they live around the world. The political identity of the Israeli state does not even attach to the people living within its borders. It attaches to Jews on every continent. That is not a civic nation. That is an ethnic nation with a flag and a nuclear arsenal.

Israel has also built the most aggressive pro-natalist apparatus in the developed world, and it has done so with full clarity about what it is protecting. Jewish Israeli families average 3.1 children compared to 1.7 in other developed nations. Since 1994, the state has provided full coverage for IVF treatments, with Israeli women entitled to unlimited cycles of state-funded fertility treatment until the birth of two live children, eligibility extending to age 45 using their own eggs and to age 54 using donor eggs. Israel runs more IVF cycles per capita than any nation on earth, at twice the rate of the second-place country. The demographic motive is not hidden. Israeli scholars and politicians have said for decades that the pro-natalist policy exists to maintain a Jewish majority and that the fear of Arab demographic dominance has shaped reproductive health funding since the state’s founding. This is civilizational self-preservation dressed in the language of public health, and the Israelis have never pretended otherwise.

RUSSIA IS FOR RUSSIANS

The reason we draw your attention to Putin is not that he’s a shining example of a Christian Prince or an exemplar of Christian or even Western values. In fact, he’s neither of those things. But Putin is on a civilizational mission to save Russia for Russians, and he’s not been bashful about saying so. Looking at Putin, a rare European leader focused on civilizational survival, can give you a taste of what we can expect if we attempt the same in the United States.

In his 2021 address to the Federal Assembly, Putin told the Russian nation, “The demographic crisis of the 1940s and 1990s is hitting us now. The preservation of the Russian people is our highest national priority. The fate of Russia depends on how many of us there will be. It is a question of national importance.”

In a 2019 Financial Times interview, he pronounced the “liberal idea” finished, pointing to Western immigration policy as the corpse in the room, “The liberal idea presupposes that nothing needs to be done. The migrants can kill, plunder and rape with impunity because their rights as migrants must be protected. What rights are these? Every crime must have its punishment.” At the Valdai Discussion Club, he has cast Russia as “a stronghold of the traditional values on which human civilization stands,” and described Western-led globalization as neocolonialism designed to sand down every civilizational distinctive until there is nothing left but a single manageable consumer class.

The Western press and its institutional allies have a diagnostic term for all of this. The Just Security legal blog published a piece titled “Confronting Russia’s Role in Transnational White Supremacist Extremism.” Inkstick Media ran “Russia’s Weaponization of Racism.” The Carnegie Endowment frets about Putin’s plans for “ideological expansion” into Western countries hungry for exactly the values he is exporting. The throughline in all of it is the same: a head of state who says his people must survive, his culture must be preserved, and his demographic inheritance is worth defending, is operating so close to fascism that the difference is not worth measuring.

Hold that standard up against what Israeli leaders say from podiums that American evangelical donors helped pay for. Benjamin Netanyahu has declared, repeatedly and without apology, that Israel must maintain a Jewish demographic majority, that every immigration and settlement policy exists in service of the Jewish character of the state, and that demographic survival is not a preference but an existential obligation binding on every Israeli government. The Knesset wrote it into constitutional law. Israeli politicians campaign on it openly. The country’s entire legal architecture, as laid out above, was engineered around it.

The Western press does not call this white supremacy, despite most Israelis being as white as Russians, because many of them are, in fact, Russians. It does not call Israel “racist.” It does not convene panels at think tanks to discuss the transnational threat of Israeli ethnonationalism. It calls it the right of a people to exist, and it covers anyone who questions it as a dangerous eccentric at best and an antisemite at worst. Putin says the Russian people must survive, and the institutional response is a monograph on fascist contagion. Netanyahu says the Jewish people must remain a majority in their own state, and the institutional response is a standing ovation at the next AIPAC conference. The rule is that some people are allowed to want to continue existing, and some are not. Americans watching their own demographic inheritance dissolve in real time are invited to figure out which category they fall into.

AMERICA FOR AMERICANS

Why the hate toward Putin and his programs to advance the health and flourishing of Russians, and the support for Israel to do the same? In White Genocide, we explain how it is that only one group of people isn’t allowed to advocate for their own civilizational survival:

So, before getting into the evidence itself, the accusation of “victimhood” deserves to be dragged into the alley and beaten unconscious with its own contradictions. Nobody in modern America loves grievance more than the managerial Left. Grievance is the fuel source of the entire regime. The modern university is basically a cathedral dedicated to manufacturing increasingly microscopic categories of emotional injury. Entire bureaucracies exist to monitor statistical disparities between demographic groups most Americans had never even heard of twenty minutes earlier. Corporations employ battalions of diversity consultants and racial therapists whose full-time occupation consists of converting ordinary human interaction into civil rights litigation.

A woman gets misgendered by a barista in Portland and suddenly seventeen nonprofits receive federal grants and trauma counselors. A college student sees a construction worker wearing a Confederate Flag lapel and three assistant deans organize a healing circle with tea, beanbag chairs, and emotional processing worksheets printed on recycled paper. Every group in America is permitted to possess interests, organize collectively, preserve their preferred identity, advocate for itself, notice patterns, and defend its own people without attracting immediate moral suspicion.

Every group, that is, except one.

The deepest achievement is a population that does not believe it is entitled to fair treatment, does not believe it is worth defending, and has been convinced that personal excellence and individual hard work are sufficient substitutes for the collective protections that every other group in the Western world takes for granted. As White people, we are taught to make up for this discrimination by working harder, being better, and not complaining. We are taught that “you can overcome this on your own,” and you can, at least for a while. But you shouldn’t have to. The implicit message absorbed across decades of institutional formation is that White people, uniquely among all groups in the Western world, do not require advocates, do not deserve protection, and should be grateful that the discrimination directed at them is not worse. We have been taught to measure our own worth by how quietly we absorb what is done to us.

The principle extends beyond physical self-preservation into every domain in which a man’s life can be attacked. A people whose cultural inheritance is being dismantled, whose children are being dispossessed of their civilizational birthright, whose members are being systematically excluded from institutional participation by legal and ideological mechanisms constructed for exactly that purpose, is a people whose life is under attack.

The sixth commandment does not stop applying when the attack is conducted through HR policy rather than with a weapon. The obligation to preserve and defend life by all lawful means does not come with an exemption for attacks that have been pre-authorized by the ideology of your attackers. The Westminster divines understood that the command to preserve life was a command, not a suggestion, and that a man who allows himself and his people to be destroyed without lawful resistance is not displaying Christian humility. He is abandoning a God-given obligation.

Making an entire ethnic group the acceptable target of discrimination and training that ethnic group to think of its own defense as weakness are the cultural conditions that have historically preceded escalation to violence. The question is not whether the people who built this environment of acceptable discrimination intend ethnic cleansing. The question is whether, having built it, they would lift a finger to prevent it. If these people cannot be moved to basic fairness in comfortable peacetime, the notion that they would advocate for White Americans under conditions of genuine duress is highly unlikely.

What we are advocating for is a movement of self-advocacy, not a grievance movement seeking external validation. We are the stock of Vikings and trans-Atlantic explorers, the Sons of Japheth, the children of the pioneers and Puritans who stormed the beaches of a Continent of Savages and tamed them, along with the American wilderness beyond Appalachia. We’re the lineage of the most noble, most successful, most ingenious people that history has to offer, who crossed the oceans with little but muskets and Bibles, and carved out of it the furthest-reaching world power that humankind has ever known. And like any other mighty civilization to precede us, we too are vulnerable to the barbarians if we don’t recognize them as a threat and man the walls. And right now, we are surrounded. The hour for wariness is now. We must stand up and assert our rightful place in the civilization that our ancestors built, and do so, for Christ and our posterity.

WHAT RUSSIA AND ISRAEL KNOW THAT WE HAVE FORGOTTEN

Russia and Israel do not share a religion, a culture, a history of alliance, or a civilizational vision for the world. What they share is something more basic than any of that: they both understand that a people that stops fighting for itself ceases to exist, and they have organized their governments accordingly. One does it through settlement policy and IVF funding, and a Basic Law that puts the word “unique” next to the rights of one people. The other does it through maternity bonuses, motherhood medals, and a federal decree declaring an entire year dedicated to the family. The methods differ. The conviction underneath them is identical.

Americans used to share that conviction. The men who wrote the immigration law of 1790 and restricted naturalization to free white persons of good character were not operating from hatred. They were operating from the same instinct that drives Israeli demographic policy and Russian pro-natalism: the instinct that a civilization is not an abstraction, that it belongs to a people, and that the people have both the right and the obligation to perpetuate themselves. That instinct has been so thoroughly pathologized in the American context that a man cannot even articulate it without being handed a scarlet letter by the same evangelical establishment that books flights to Tel Aviv to cheer for its Israeli equivalent.

White Genocide will explain what is happening and refuse to dress it in polite terms. The demographic collapse of European-descended peoples in their own civilizational homelands is not an accident of history or an organic expression of human freedom. It is the downstream consequence of decades of deliberate policy, cultural programming, and institutional pressure, all aimed at a single people who have been uniquely conditioned to regard their own survival instinct as a moral failing. Russia is condemned for resisting it. Israel is applauded for never entertaining it. And Americans are still arguing about whether the problem is real.

The native sons of Western Civilization built the world we’re living in. We are not obligated to apologize for it, hand it over, or disappear quietly to make room for the heirs of people who never built anything close to it. What Russia and Israel understand, and what this book demands that Americans understand, is that civilizations do not preserve themselves. People preserve them. And people who have been talked out of their own preservation instinct are people who have already begun to die.
